BSPS was established by motivated, dedicated, and experienced lawyers with an objective of becoming one of the best law firms in India. The partners have established BSPS after rich experience in various fields of law. The firm has its offices at Bangalore and associated offices in the major state capitals and developing working relationships with many other law firms. BSPS provides legal services in Corporate Law. The legal services include incorporation of a company, registration, and name search for a company in India, Legal Drafting of Memorandum and Articles of the Company. We provide active support to companies during mergers and acquisitions. Due diligence reports and legal opinions in a timely fashion that liaison with various government authorities, are also taken care of.

As a part of its corporate law practice, we provide legal opinions on real estate, property and various other facilities required to operate in India. Undoubtedly property acquisitions and leasing are some of the most complex legal challenges for the corporate sector in India.
